First of all this week – tonight’s Capital One Cup Semi Final, Man United v Sunderland which is being live streamed at bet365 (geo-restrictions apply). After the defeat to Chelsea last Sunday and losing the first leg, defeat tonight would be a further dent in Manchester United’s disappointing season. United are playing at home tonight and will be trying to come back from a goal down to beat an in-form Sunderland side.

The Reds’ chances of claiming victory could be significantly boosted by the return of Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie; assuming Moyes decides to involve them in tonight’s game. Sunderland, meanwhile, have boosted their goalkeeping ranks prior to the game with the signing of Argentine shot-stopper Oscar Ustari.

The winner will of course face a really tough game against Man City, who won their semi-final fixture with an overall score of 9-0. One thing is for sure, Moyes will be desperate for the qualification tonight as his side are unlikely to win any other silverware this season.

In terms of Tennis silverware, after the unexpected loss of Novak Djokovic to Stanislas Wawrinka for the first time since 2010; the Australian Open will be crowning a new Champion in 2014. Wawrinka can now be backed at 4/6 to reach the Australian Open final, while he is 5/1 to win his first Grand Slam title in Melbourne.

On the women’s side, Victoria Azarenka lost to Agnieszka Radwanska in the quarter-finals in Melbourne and it looks like there will be different names on both Australian Open singles trophies this year.

The battle for the Australian Open title continues this week and all the action can be watched live at bet365.
