Over in Germany, Wolfsburg are threatening to make the Bundesliga title a two-way battle rather than the Bayern Munich procession that many thought it would be. They’re unbeaten in 8 league matches, including that famous 4-1 win against Bayern, and are within 8 points of the reigning champions. The arrival of £22million André Schürrle has further strengthened the Wolfsburg side and he was impressive on his debut, setting up two of the three goals against Hoffenheim. They face a tough trip to Leverkusen this week though, with the hosts sitting in sixth place and just 2 points from the Champions League spots.

In the Spanish Primera division, Real Madrid will be looking to bounce back from their humiliating derby defeat with a home win against Deportivo de La Coruña. Real’s lead at the top has been cut to a single point, and should they drop points at the Bernabéu on Saturday Barcelona will be looking to capitalise in their home game against Levante the following day.

In France there’s an intriguing battle unfolding for the league title. Marseille will be looking to secure top spot on Friday evening, before PSG look to do the same thing on Saturday. Current leaders Lyon then play on Sunday evening, so the lead could potentially change hands three times in three days.

bet365 customers can watch all these games live this weekend.

Tonight there’s a big night of Premier League Darts, with the second round of fixtures taking place in Bournemouth. Adrian Lewis stole the show last week with a superb 113.80 average as he crushed Raymond Van Barneveld 7-1. He’ll need to be in similar form tonight as he faces up against 16-times World Champion and fellow Stokie Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor. This match, as well as the other four, will be shown on our Live Streaming console.

In a weekend filled with domestic rivalry action, there was only one topic for this week’s streaming preview and we begin with a repeat of last season’s Champions League final. Recent Balon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo returns for Real this weekend following his recent suspension and after turning footballs dreaded age of 30 yesterday, will be looking to prove that his best years are still ahead of him. Real have won 17 of their last 18 games in La Liga and there has also been over 2.5 goals in 15 of these, so with the likes of Ronaldo, Bale, Benzema, Mandzukic, Griezmann & Torres on show I wouldn’t bet against this one being a goal fest. You’d think Real’s recent winning run would make them favourites tomorrow, however Atletico themselves have lost just once in their last 31 home league matches and are undefeated against the European champions in their last 7 matches. This match is proving very difficult to call and a draw, priced at 12/5 with bet365, looks to be the safest bet.

However, if you’re looking for a little more excitement, then why not take advantage of bet365’s ‘Each-Way First Goalscorer’ Promotion and back one of the many potential goal scorers to score first.

In addition to the Madrid derby, bet365 are also providing streams to some of Europe’s other premier domestic match ups.

Over in Italy, reigning Scudetto champions Juventus welcome struggling AC Milan, who currently lie in 9th place following one win in their last 6 league matches. Also, in-form Napoli host 12th place Udinese and Rafa Bentez’s men will be looking to close the gap on 2nd place Roma.

Finally this week, we see the Lisbon’s two giants, Sporting and Benfica, face off for the second time this season having drawn the last meeting 1-1 back in August. Coming off the back of 6 wins in the league, Sporting will be looking to close the gap at the top of the Primeira Liga to just 4 points and cling on to any title hopes that they have.

The Australian Open is in full swing now and all eyes will be on the heavyweights on the world stage such as Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer to scoop their first grand slam of 2015.

Third seed Nadal struggled to defeat Tim Smyczek earlier today and many won’t fancy the Spaniard to collect the trophy despite his affinity for clay. He played just his 10th match since Wimbledon because of consistent illness and injuries throughout 2014.

Elsewhere in the tournament temperatures soared as Murray eased to victory against Marinko Matosevic in the hottest day of the year so far, and in doing so he reaches the last 32 in the tournament for the 7th year in the row. Many British tennis fans will be hoping for Murray to snag another grand slam title after his historic Wimbledon win in 2013 when he became the first Brit to win the trophy in 77 years.

Yesterday top seed Djokovic cruised to a straight set victory against Slovenian hopeful Aljaz Bedene, proving once again he’s one of the most powerful players in the game. The sensational Serb will be looking to add to his already substantial trophy collection by scooping another grand slam title and many will be backing him to do so.

In Spain we see another great week of Primera Liga action as eternal rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona are separated by just 1 point in the table. Barcelona take on Elche who recently suffered an embarrassing 9-0 aggregate defeat against the Catalonians in the Copa del Rey and many will be backing Lionel Messi to continue the sensational form that has seen him score 19 goals and assist 8 in just 19 games. Luis Suarez will also be eager to notch a couple of goals against the newly promoted team to silence his critics since his £65m move to the Spanish giants.

Atletico Madrid take on Rayo Vallecano and Diego Simeone’s team will be eager to keep the pace with their title rivals. Fernando Torres was back among the goals recently in a Copa del Rey clash with Real Madrid which saw Los Colchoneros progress to the semi-finals after defeating their city rivals 4-2 on aggregate. Torres will hope to build on his strong start with his boyhood club by finding the net with regularity for Simeone and his team.

League leaders Real Madrid face a very winnable fixture against 14th placed Cordoba and many will fancy the reigning Champions League winners to do some serious damage. Cristiano Ronaldo will be looking to build on his already outrageous goal tally and it’s difficult to imagine the Ballon d’Or winner not finding the net in this fixture. Welsh dynamo Gareth Bale will also be looking to demonstrate his value amidst rumors that he’ll be headed for Manchester United with prized goalkeeper David de Gea heading the other way.

Real Madrid host Atletico Madrid on Thursday where they will be fighting to keep their hopes alive of retaining the Copa del Rey. After a 2-0 loss in the first leg of their last 16 tie last week, Carlo Ancelotti’s team will be pushing for a win against Atletico Madrid where they currently at an advantage from last week’s win thanks to a Jose Gimenez strike and Raul Garcia penalty. Newly crowned winner of the Ballon d’Or, Cristiano Ronaldo returns to the starting line-up which will provide Real Madrid with a full strength squad. A big victory would enable them to progress to the quarter-finals where they will likely face Barcelona. Speaking of Barcelona, they travel to Elche for their second leg of the Copa del Rey tie and after a perfect performance in the first leg, the Catalans will press on to claim a victory. However, despite the odds against Elche securing a win, Fran Escriba’s team will certainly be eager to restore some pride.

Over in England, Liverpool fans will be worried if Steven Gerrard will be missing from the squad for the critical Capital One Cup semi-final with Chelsea on Tuesday. Jose Mourinho may decide to put a full strength team against the Liverpool side at Anfield or decide to take a more relaxed approach and give his young players a chance to play in the semi-final. Whatever decision the Chelsea manager decides, can it pay off?

Next week, the first tennis tournament of the year  begins with the Australian Open and bet365 will be live streaming the entire event that kick offs on the 19th January until the 1st February. These fixtures and times are still tbc. Djokovic and Federer are still the top players in the world but last year we saw Stan Wawrinka and Marin Cilic win a major and new younger players, such as Grigor Dimitrov and Milos Raonic are coming through the tennis world to show they are ready to also be contenders in this tournament. However, we are still speculating around Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray who are still on the comeback from injury and depending on their forms, the outcome of what happens in Australia will be determined by this.

We also have a host of NBA games on offer this week with one highlight of the Wizards facing the Chicago Bulls. The Bulls have had many players come back from injury and new players joining the team and have faced difficulties, which have been shown through their performances where they have allowed 100 or more points 18 times. The Bulls will hope to turn this around and avoid its second loss to the Wizards. Yet, the Wizard will be seeking their 5th consecutive victory and will not be showing any mercy against the Chicago Bulls.

Now that the winter break is over, bet365 have some fantastic live streaming offerings for you and what better way to start than a Madrid Derby in the Copa Del Ray as Ancelotti take’s his Real Madrid side to local rivals Atletico. Real’s 22 match competitive winning streak came to an end on Sunday with the narrow defeat away at Valencia and they’ll be looking to ensure that they get back to winning ways in a repeat of last season’s Champions League final. Atletico will be expected to give a second debut to former captain Fernando Torres who was unveiled last week to a crowd of 45,000 and he’ll be looking to resurrect a career that has seen his form plummet since leaving Liverpool this time 4 years ago. On the other hand Real will not want to let slip a title that they won last year, especially to their neighbours Atletico and with Cristiano Ronaldo having already netted 31 competitive goals this season, they’ll be a tough side to beat. Nut if anyone can, Athletico can!

Elsewhere in the Copa Del Ray David Moyes’ Real Soceidad, fresh off the back of beating Barcelona at the weekend, take on a Villarreal side who have not tasted defeat in their last 11 competitive matches. Barcelona themselves will be looking to silence recent media talk of a rift between manager Luis Enrique and star man Lionel Messi by overcoming Elche, who are currently rock bottom of La Liga and who’s only win in their last 12 matches came in the last round of this tournament.

Over in Italy, this weekend see’s one of the fiercest local derbies in domestic football as 2nd place Roma take on 3rd place Lazio at their shared stadium, the Stadio Olimpico. This is shaping up to be one of the most closely contested Derby della Capitale’s in recent years and even though Roma are currently 9 points clear of Lazio, they have only won one in the last six meetings between the two sides.

Lastly this week, bet365 have more NBA to watch. As per usual, bet365 are live streaming every match and some of the highlights this week include Miami Heat travelling to Portland to take on the Trail Blazers and also the clash between the two sides from LA, the Clippers & the Lakers.

We have more domestic cup action over the next two nights, with Espanyol, Villareal and Atletico Madrid amongst others in action in the Copa Del Rey, Lyon v Monaco the pick of action in the Coupe de la Ligue and the final two Capital One Cup Quarter Finals – Bournemouth v Liverpool and Tottenham v Newcastle.

Following on from this, the weekend sees the last Bundesliga games before the winter break. Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer is in the 3-man shortlist for the 2014 Ballon d’Or, with his antics outside the penalty box bringing much attention. He’s pretty handy between the sticks too though, as his record of just 3 goals conceded in 16 Bundesliga matches this season shows. The last time Neuer conceded in an away match for Bayern in the Bundesliga was back in August, so there’ll be plenty of people willing to back Bayern at 10/11 to win to nil on Friday evening when they visit Mainz.

Over in Spain, Barcelona are at home to Cordoba on Saturday afternoon. With Real Madrid over in Morocco for the FIFA Club World Cup, this match presents Barcelona with an ideal opportunity to close to within a point of the league leaders. This week, we’re treated to a Friday night match from Real Madrid as they take on Almeria, whom may be dreading the occasion with Los Blancos hunting their 20th win in a row! They’ve recorded 71 goals in these 19 consecutive wins! The good folks at bet365 also have weekend coverage from respective title-rivals Barca and Atletico too!

Despite Real’s joy; Christmas has come early for Messi who has somehow stolen the spotlight with 3 sets of hat-tricks in the last 4 games! Ronaldo did also record 1 for himself in the same period – setting a new record for hat-tricks in La Liga with 23 in total!

And if it is goals that you’re after – then it may be worthwhile tuning in to watch Austria’s Red Bull Salzburg on Sunday, with the side close to doubling any other team’s goals scored so far this season – 56 goals from 18 games! They take on Rapid Wien.

Over in Germany, obvious league leaders Bayern Munich travel to 3rd place Augsburg, a side that have impressed so far this season and have won their last 4 games.

In Portugal, we can also look forward to a huge match up between rivals FC Porto and SL Benfica on Sunday evening.
